Initiate Your Request
Visit the Google Store order history page, select the fashion items you wish to return, and print your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
